Job description, powers and responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced project manager to join our company, IPESOFT, a leading provider of comprehensive IT solutions for the energy sector and industrial enterprises. The purpose of this position is to plan and coordinate activities within assigned IT projects in accordance with the company’s objectives.
Job Description:
- project management from their preparatory (acquisition) stage to completion and delivery of the solution into operation and service care
- overall responsibility for the SW/implementation project and its management according to the established specification, within the established budget and time schedule
- identification and management of project risks
- management and building of the project team, task management
- provision of project documentation based on customer requirements
- implementation and coordination of change procedures within entrusted projects
- project control and project reporting
- communication with the customer
- cooperation with subcontractors and partner organizations, coordination of subcontracts
- communication across all company departments
Occasional business trips within the Slovak Republic and abroad are expected.
