Covid-19 measures
The company IPESOFT, LLC, has received crisis headquarters of the Slovak Republic regarding the threat of covid-19 spread. They aim to ensure the protection of the health of society's workers, preventing the spread of the disease to other persons,
fulfilling the company's obligations towards state authorities and, last but not least, the proper fulfilment of
resulting from commercial and partnership contractual relations.
We are aware with all seriousness that the company IPESOFT, LLC, is a supplier of projects and services for critical infrastructure in energy and industry. We continue to ensure our obligations by the agreed terms and conditions. We primarily emphasize the permanent provision of technical support in terms of the agreed SLA parameters, while the method of communication and reporting of requests is ongoing in a standard way without restriction. However, in accordance with social responsibility, we limit direct personal contact and we therefore recommend the use of video conference calls. In case of the necessity of direct contact or on-site service intervention, it is necessary to agree on the method in advance ensuring security measures from both sides.
The following preventive measures were also taken at IPESOFT, spol. s r. o.:
1. PROHIBITION OF ENTRY of foreign persons into the premises of IPESOFT, spol. s r. o., Bytčická 2, Žilina
from 13.3.2020 10:00 until further notice.
2. Starting on 16.3.2020, there will be security personnel on the premises of the company technical support services to customers together with the employees of the company's BackOffice when necessary scope. Other workers perform tasks in HomeOffice mode, or other forms in accordance with needs fulfilment of the company's obligations.
3. Increased preventive hygiene measures have been introduced since March 10, 2020, in the form of increased frequency
disinfection of entrance areas, exposed places and work equipment. In spaces
the company also has a special disinfectant for workers.
If you have information about the possibility of the occurrence of the disease COVID-19 in your workers or in their surroundings, who have been
respectively could have come into contact with IPESOFT employees, we would like to ask you for an immediate refund
informing about this fact.
